Four Indicted for Narcotics and Firearms Offenses in Monticello, New York
In a significant development, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York announced the unsealing of a Superseding Indictment charging multiple defendants with narcotics and firearm offenses in and around Monticello, New York. The indictment follows the recovery of body armor, ammunition, and approximately 30 firearms from the residence of Dwayne Johnson. Johnson, along with three other individuals, faces a slew of charges related to drug trafficking and illegal firearms possession.

WHITE PLAINS – In May the FBI arrested Monticello resident Dwayne Johnson, a convicted felon, on federal drug and weapons charges and asked the public to call them if they had any information on Johnson’s extensive criminal network throughout New York. With the public’s assistance, Johnson, 44, was arrested again following the opening of a superseding indictment charging Johnson and accomplices with narcotics and firearms crimes said to have occurred in and around Monticello.
