Cat Tales Master Plan gives hope for bigger, new location
MEAD, Wash. — Cat Tales Wildlife Center has hopes to expand and relocate from its current north Spokane county location. They recently worked with a graduate student to create a master plan for a future new facility. But the owner's dream of giving the big cats more room to roam needs community support before it can come to fruition.
Dutch Bros raising money for ALS research with annual Drink One For Dane Day fundraiser
GRANTS PASS, Ore. — You can always justify buying coffee when your purchase supports a good cause. Dutch Bros Coffee is hosting its 18th annual Drink One For Dane Day fundraiser on Friday, May 17. A portion of all drink proceeds will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), a non-profit focused on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) research and advocacy. All Dutch Bros locations in the Inland Northwest are participating in the fundraiser.
