December starts off immediately with a round of snow in Spokane
SPOKANE, Wash. — December is starting off with snow for Spokane!. A Winter Weather Advisory goes from 4am Friday to 4pm Saturday. That's a 36 hour window where a couple inches of accumulating snow will fall for most of the Inland Northwest. Only Moses Lake, Lewiston, and Omak are not under the advisory where an inch or less snow is expected. Meanwhile Shoshone County, Idaho is under a Winter Storm Warning, along with the Cascades, where far more snow is forecast.
