OSBI investigates possible double homicide in Woods County

FREEDOM, Okla. ( KFOR ) – The Woods County Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation are looking into a reported double homicide in Freedom.

According to to the Woods Co. Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened Wednesday night at a home near Dusty Trail and Saddlehorn Drive. Upon arrival, deputies found two men deceased with gunshot wounds.

Officials say authorities used doorbell camera footage from homes nearby and found a vehicle leaving the scene shortly after the incident. Thursday morning, three people were taken into custody in connection to the incident.

All three are being detained at the Woods County Jail.
