WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Deputies in Montgomery County arrested two people while patrolling in Independence, Kansas, on May 2. Deputies spotted a black Jeep parked near the Main Street overpass. They recognized the jeep as a suspect vehicle in a narcotics investigation.
