"The Flood Advisory will expire at 4:45 a.m. early this morning for portions of east central Ohio, including the following area, Jefferson OH, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver and Washington, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke and Hancock.
