Mansfield man who allegedly stabbed another man over an ex-girlfriend has trial pushed back
ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - The trial for a Mansfield man who is facing charges for a March stabbing has been pushed back until September 2024. 30-year-old Rocky Hayner signed a time waiver this week, and the judge has moved the trial back to the fall. His lawyer has asked that statements that he made during interviews with law enforcement be suppressed. A hearing will be held in July to discuss that motion.
