Theft: 04/22/2024-Officers responded to 8 Franklin Street (Stop & Shop) on report of shoplifting. According to the Loss Prevention Officer, a known male shoplifter placed several cleaning products into a bag and attempted to exit without paying. The Loss Prevention Officer approached the male and he returned the items. Upon exiting the store, the male took another bag that was hidden in the store and left without paying.
