UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — A late-night stabbing has put one person in the hospital and another person under arrest in the City of Utica, according to Utica Police. Police were called to the 500 block of Eagle Street at approximately 11 pm on Monday, April 29 regarding a stabbing investigation.
