Cornerstone Ends HCA’s Season in KCAA Baseball Semifinals
The baseball season and their time as a member of the KCAA, came to a tough end for the Heritage Christian Academy Warriors Friday afternoon. The Woodford County yellow jackets men’s lacrosse team closed their season in a hard-fought loss in the state semifinals to lexington catholic. Woodford County has quickly changed its name in the state from being one of the worst teams to being a state contender. For the first time in program history, the yellow jackets were able to be ranked top 10 in the state. The men’s lacrosse team maintained a record of 12-3.
