American Red Cross invites community members to nominate local heroes
FINDLAY, Ohio (WTVG) - The American Red Cross is inviting the public to nominate local heroes who will be honored during a ceremony in October. The Red Cross says residents of Erie, Hancock, Huron, Lorain, Seneca and Wyandot counties can nominate a hero, or heroes, who have shown extraordinary courage, compassion, character or humanity by saving or improving the lives of others.
