The 18-year-old subject, who is from Carthage, NY, was not identified by the New York State Police (Carthage). The suspect is officially charged with a misdemeanor count of acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17.

TOWN OF LE RAY-A 31 year old Carthage resident is facing an A.B.C. law violation following an Tuesday night arrest in the Town of Watertown. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Branay F. Bradford-Castaneda with one count of Unlawful Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree-Alcohol; a Class A misdemeanor.
