UPD: Man arrested in Ukiah after FLOCK camera alerts officers to stolen trailer
A man was arrested in Ukiah Thursday morning after the Ukiah Police Department was notified that a stolen trailer had entered the city limits. UPD Lt. Jason Chapman said the incident began around 9:25 a.m. May 2 when one of the FLOCK cameras, which record the license plate numbers of all the vehicles entering the city of Ukiah from multiple sites, alerted officers to a stolen trailer being driven on South State Street.
