We are all winners this week.
Forsyth’s annual Taco Week has commenced, and our bellies couldn’t be more excited.
From April 26 to May 4, prepare to be well fed. This year, the Forsyth Taco Week competition is heating up, with over 10 restaurants serving up tasty tacos and Mexican-inspired delicious desserts. Several restaurants are also offering a signature drink to tickle your taste buds along with your meal or as a pick-me-up later on.
Here’s everything you need to know about the restaurants, food, drinks and more:
Participating restaurants submit a taco “styled” dish into the competition to be judged by the public. Throughout the week patrons can dine at different restaurants, get stamps on their “Taco Passport” to submit for prizes, and vote on their favorite dish.
To get a passport, visit any of the participating restaurants and ask for a copy. You can also download the passport online and print it from home.
Once you’ve tried at least six of the 11 restaurants during the designated Taco Week, you can turn in your passport to the Forsyth Chamber of Commerce or upload your passport online. Then you’ll be entered to win prizes at the end of the week.
Who is participating?
This year, 11 total Forsyth businesses are participating in Taco Week. Get your mind right and your taste buds ready:
