Man facing animal abuse charges back in jail
TUSCUMBIA, Ala. (WAFF) - The man accused of beating and hanging a dog from a tree in Colbert County is back in jail after being arrested for a DUI in Tennessee. Court records state, Garrett Larkin was charged with driving under the influence just after 11 p.m. last Friday on Muddy Creek Rd. in Lenoir City, Tennessee. He was later released on a $1,000 bond the next morning.
