Memorial Drive, the Dutch Bros location will be at 802 N. Memorial Drive and Bojangles is set for 1736 N. Memorial Drive. Lancaster-Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce Travis Markwood said he was aware of all four businesses planning city openings. "Retail chains are very savvy and smart when it comes to deciding where they want to land based on the research they've done.
