Just in the last few weeks, three announced they’re shuttering – 51 Taproom, Judge Bean’s BBQ and Deacon’s New South. A fourth, Punk Wok, said it would also cease operating, but got a reprieve from its landlord on rent. But, even then, Punk Wok’s management warned that without a steady stream of customers that situation might change.
