WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A middle school student from Crozet is heading to a national civics competition. According to a release from Colonial Williamsburg and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Zoey Downer from Henley Middle School has been named the first-place winner in the 2024 National Civics Bee Virginia State Finals.
