ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — Three ceremonies were held this weekend for Memorial Day in Howard County. Howard County's American Legion Post 156 and Marine Corps League Detachment 1084 held a Memorial Day Ceremony at St. John Episcopal Church in Ellicott City at noon Sunday.
