Cabot Properties Buys Two Industrial Buildings in Auburn for $83.1MM
Two industrial buildings in Auburn have been purchased, showing that investors continue to be active in the city. The assets, both warehouse and office properties, were bought by an entity affiliated with Cabot Properties, according to King County public records, for $83.1 million, or approximately $215 per square foot. The seller was an entity affiliated with TGA Auburn Business Park LLC.
Federal Way man involved in multimillion-dollar boosting operation
Millions of dollars were illegally made off of stolen goods sold on eBay in South King County. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, two Western Washington men have been indicted by a federal grand jury on 11 criminal counts related to their alleged conspiracy to traffic in stolen goods.

Man sentenced to prison for 2021 hit-and-run that killed Shoreline mother
