Parish is also facing a possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance with intent to deliver charge.

According to a police report, the 4th Judicial District Task Force received a tip earlier this month about a Fayetteville address where narcotics were being distributed.

A detective, with the assistance of a confidential informant, bought 108 grams from Hughes during a controlled buy operation.

On Thursday, detectives saw Parish leave the home. She was later stopped by Fayetteville police but was let go with a warning, according to the report.

A search warrant was executed at the home around 9 a.m. Thursday. Hughes reportedly looked through the windows, and detectives told him to open the door.

The report says detectives heard him run through the home. After entering the home, they heard the upstairs toilet flushing and found Hughes sitting on the toilet.

Drug packaging materials that tested positive for meth were found surrounding the toilet, according to the report. The detective in the report said Hughes flushed the toilet to destroy evidence.

Hughes was then arrested, the report said.

    During the search, authorities found:

Car, drugs, $61k seized in Johnson County bust
    • 965 suspected fentanyl pills
    • Nearly seven grams of meth
    • One suspected ecstasy pill
    • $3,971 in cash along with $1,000 in marked bills
    • 12 Adderall pills
    • 21 pregabalin pills
    • More than a quarter ounce of marijuana in individual bags
    • A black PVC pipe that tested positive for meth
    • A red box and a small mirror with meth residue, both tested positive.
    • A penny with cocaine residue
    • Three metal straws with cocaine residue

As detectives searched the home, Parish returned and was arrested. Later in the day, Fletcher was arrested, according to the report.

All three are being held at the Washington County Jail on a $100,000 bond. Their hearings are set for April 22 and court dates set for May 17.
