Construction of western New York’s first stand-alone Shake Shack at 245 Clay Road at the corner of Jefferson Road in Henrietta appears to be going full speed ahead. ONTARIO COUNTY, N.Y. — A Geneva veteran is accused of stealing nearly $93,000 from the local American Legion, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. Dale Henry Mosher, 63, was charged with grand larceny for stealing at least $92,698 from the American Legion Post #396. Mosher spent nearly 20 years on and off as commander. In the last eight years — starting in December of 2015 — investigators say he stole funds from the post.
