Eau Claire City-County Health Department continues to seek dog that bit a man
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - The Eau Claire City-County Health Department continues to ask the public for help in finding a dog that bit a man on Saturday. In an updated press release, the Health Department shared a photo of the dog. The Health Department also said that they are hoping to identify and speak with the dog’s owner to check that the dog is up to date on their rabies shots.

EAU CLAIRE — A liquor license previously granted to The Metro was granted to Silly Serrano Mexican Restaurant by the city. Installation begins for Sculpture Tour Eau Claire
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - Installation for what Visit Eau Claire calls the largest outdoor rotating sculpture tour in the country begins today. According to a news release from Visit Eau Claire, over 40 sculptures will be installed. This brings the total number of sculptures on Sculpture Tour 2024-2025 to 120.
American Legion Post 53 fundraising to keep sculpture
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - One of the sculptures on the Sculpture Tour Eau Claire stands in front of the American Legion Wisconsin Post 53. It was placed there in 2022. The bronze statue, titled “Stand for the Flag,” depicts a soldier who is missing a limb saluting a flag.
