Perinton hosts Mighty Machine Mania 2024

FAIRPORT, N.Y. (WROC) – The Town of Perinton and Airquip Heating and Air Conditioning held an afternoon of fun for families who got to get up close and check out trucks, fire trucks, ambulances, mowers and cranes at the Mighty Machine Mania at Fellows Road Park in Fairport.

“Each year, we bring out the big trucks and equipment for Mighty Machine Mania, making it one of our most popular family events,” Town Supervisor Ciaran Hanna said. “Families and kids of all ages love coming out to Fellows Road Park to learn about the equipment and vehicles that clear our roads, collect our leaves, and keep our community safe.”

Perinton Public Works, Perinton Parks and Department, Fairport Police Department, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Fairport Electric, Fairport Central School District, Fairport Lions Club, Fairport Fire Department, Bushnell’s Basin Fire Department, Egypt Fire Department, Perinton Ambulance, Monroe County Library System, Seneca Waterways Council of BSA and Waste Management participated in Mighty Machine Mania, as well.
