LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — The City of Lynchburg has filed a temporary restraining order against Councilman Martin J. Misjuns. Court documents obtained by WFXR News show that Misjuns was allegedly fired for “bully and retaliatory behavior.” Records show that on June 6, Misjuns posted on his Facebook page what he titled “#Transcriptleaks.”
