Mall fire in Virginia
Multiple agencies (Virginia, Eveleth, Mountain Iron, Hibbing) responded to a fire at the Uptown Mall in Virginia Thursday afternoon. The call came in around 3:30 p.m. According to the Northland Fire Wire, the blaze was contained to the storage room. Shoppers and employees of the mall did have to be evacuated. No injuries were reported.

EVELETH—The City of Eveleth will be bringing fiber internet to their city buildings after agreeing to a contract with CTC Internet last week.
