Dump truck and box truck overturn in Godwin Blvd crash in Suffolk; 1 airlifted
SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Godwin Boulevard in Suffolk was closed for more than three hours on Friday morning after a four-vehicle crash involving a dump truck and a box truck. The Godwin Blvd. crash as well as a major fatal wreck on Route 58 near the Suffolk/Chesapeake line caused traffic nightmares on Friday in the area. The crash on 58 had an 11-mile backup and closed part of 58 for nearly 8 hours.
