City addresses DeLand apartment complex with thousands in code enforcement violations

Sanford gets $5 million environmental grant to clean up abandoned Mill District building
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has awarded the city of Sanford a $5 million grant to clean up and demolish a condemned building in the mill district.
