    Robbery suspect hiding in woods arrested in Enfield

    ENFIELD, CT. (WWLP) – Enfield Police Department’s K-9 Dunkin assisted with a robbery arrest on Saturday.

    According to the Enfield Police Department, officers were called to a robbery in progress early Saturday morning. The suspect was last seen running into the woods that were close by. Officers established a perimeter and a drone was launched while K-9 Dunkin was on his way.

    K-9 Dunkin began to track and the drone pilot discovered a heat signature that began to move from his location. K9 Dunkin tracked to where the team and backup officers had a vantage point on the suspect.

    The suspect was then ordered out of the woods where he was arrested.
