    If an officer took a suspected OUI person before a judge and said the person was " likely drunk" on a certain date and time...what would the judge decide? There is a new device called a breathalyzer which could have proved his alcohol level and guilt or Innocence. I don't know the guy and have no interest in the case but right is right and wrong be damned.
