Appeals court affirms baby killer’s conviction
OKLAHOMA CITY – A state appeals court has affirmed the conviction of a Yukon man sentenced to life in prison for murdering a baby girl in September 2020. The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals on April 11 issued an opinion and mandate that denied an appeal filed on behalf of Joshua Paul Jennings, 36, who was convicted of first-degree murder Jan. 13, 2023 in Canadian County District Court.
