PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Those traveling down Back Beach Road may notice a new traffic light as they drive through Panama City Beach. The traffic light at Allison Avenue and Back Beach Road, also called Panama City Beach Parkway (U.S. Highway 98), is now operational. The project began in 2023.
