East Providence to host its first Restaurant Week

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — East Providence officials are looking forward to a week of showcasing the city’s diverse dining options next month.

The city is hosting its first-ever Restaurant Week from June 16 to June 22.

“This event not only highlights the incredible talent and creativity of our culinary community but also serves as a catalyst for economic growth and promotes the establishment and sustainability of restaurants in our city,” Council President Robert Rodericks said.

So far, only nine restaurants are listed as participating on the event’s website.

Restaurant owners interested in participating are encouraged to fill out the form available online .
