’90s-themed brewery opening new Lancaster County location
MOUNT JOY, Pa. (WHTM) — A locally owned ’90s-themed brewery and hoagie shop will be opening its newest location in Lancaster later this week. YAH Brew is a female-owned, 90’s-themed brewery that first made its Midstate debut back in 2022. Initially, the local brewery offered its unique beers at various pop-up shops, markets, and brew festivals around the area.
Wolf Sanctuary of PA: Over 40 years of protecting a keystone species
LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Just north of Lititz, Lancaster County holds a hidden gem. The Wolf Sanctuary of PA is quietly secured on over eighty acres of natural woodland. "[The sanctuary] was founded in 1980 by Bill and Barbara Darlington basically out of a love for wolves and from the very beginning we've always been a rescue [for] wolves and wolf-dogs," explained Michelle Mancini, the education coordinator at the Wolf Sanctuary of PA.

Lancaster VegFest returns this June
Lancaster, Pa. — Lancaster VegFest, a plant-based food festival, returns to Lancaster on June 1 and 2. Exciting June lineup coming to the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairgrounds
The Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairgrounds, located at 80 Rocherty Road, has an exciting lineup of events scheduled for the month of June. Bring your appetite! On June 4, caterers and restaurants from across the Lebanon Valley will be serving up their best cocktails, appetizers, and desserts. Each attendee will receive “tip” money to vote for their favorite food or cocktail. The establishment with the most “tips” will win Best Cocktail or Best Appetizer AND a portion of $1,200 in prize money. New for this year is a dessert category which will be judged by Lebanon County Career and Technology’s own Chef Brian Peffley. Cost of attendance is $25 for Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce members and $40 for non-members. If any restaurants/caterers are interested in participating, they can call 717-273-3727.
