Snow levels will be down into the 2000' to 3000' in the Northern Mountains, and 4500' to 5000' range in the Sierra Monday. Temperatures are starting out in the 40's to lower 50's in the valley, 40's in the foothills, and 30's to lower 40's in our mountain zones this morning.
