Molitor was concerned that the end date for the sewer lining project is coming up and it does not look like much work has been done. Mayor Kelly Tracy said that there have been no updates except that there have been lots of issues, but none outside the scope of work. He also said that the sale of the property on East Alton for Mawdsley’s Subdivision will not be happening since the buyer planned to put five homes on the property if he bought it. The property owner decided not to sell when he learned of the plan.
