PORT RICHEY, FLa.- Port Richey Police officers arrested two individuals on separate drug charges stemming from traffic stops conducted over the weekend. On April 20th, an officer initiated a traffic stop on a 2007 Dodge utility vehicle traveling at 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. The officer detected the odor of marijuana upon approaching the vehicle.
