On May 8, KPWB completed the Irongate community park installation in Manassas with a generous grant from the Home Depot Foundation. Thanks to members of Home Depot Store #4607, and support from over 25 AWS volunteers to install park benches, collect litter, provide weeding, mulching, plant native species, and the installation of a new walkway through the garden. Without this support, KPWB would not have been able to accomplish such a project in the span of a few hours and along with the residents of Irongate.
