Our dancers competed in the last Competition of the Season this weekend, at Celebration Talent Regionals at the DECC in Duluth. There were almost 500 total routines competed and 10 different dance studios across the northland and surrounding states.
They will perform these routines one last time at their Spring Show Friday May 17th at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday May 18th at 6:00pm. The rest of the dance studio will be performing in two more shows Saturday May 18, and Sunday May 19, at 1:00pm. The shows are at the Greenway Auditorium and tickets will be on sale at the door. $18 front section, $16 general admission.
Along with all the awards listed below, our studio also donated all our individual trophies and plaque funds to go to Toys for Tots.
Title invite to Nationals for Dancer of the Year: Ava Sevigny & Haven Abell
Only a handful of dancers are chosen at each awards ceremony. These dancers go to nationals with a special invite to compete for the Dancer of the Year finalist.
