Urban Grid donates exercise machine to YMCA
The Family YMCA of Emporia-Greensville has added a new, in-demand exercise machine to its supply, courtesy of a renewable energy company in the area. The NuStep Cross Trainer provides a low-impact workout with a variety of impact levels which people of all ability levels can benefit from. Emporia’s YMCA already had three NuSteps and they are by far the facility’s most popular piece of equipment, according to CEO Lance Futrell.
