Isn’t it terrific that we can replace words that have negative meanings with those that we find more acceptable. Let’s start with illegal. Originally, that word meant that a law that we had established had been broken. When we replace it with “undocumented,” it appears that even though a law has indeed been broken, we should all view it as lawful and OK.
