Location: Bayhealth Kent Campus, 640 South State Street, Dover, DE

Officer Releasing Information: Master Corporal Ryan Schmid, Public Information Officer

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Jalitza Ross, 21, of Dover, DE. Ross suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Ross is described as a black female, 5’8″, 155 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Ross was last seen in the area of Bayhealth Kent Campus, 640 South State Street Dover, DE. At the time, she was wearing a grey shirt. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.
