A western Pennsylvania medic was critically injured early Wednesday when the ambulance she was in crashed, according to the Pittsburgh Public Safety Department. The accident occurred shortly before 4:30 a.m. when the Lower Kiski ambulance from Armstrong County crossed the centerline and struck a guardrail as it was transporting a woman to a hospital.

According to police, Jennie Mae Armstrong and Ricky Baker are now facing felony charges of aggravated cruelty to animals and misdemeanor charges for cruelty to animals and neglect of animals as well as summary charges for neglect of animals. FIVE FIRE COMPANIES CALLED OUT FOR BRUSH FIRE IN ARMSTRONG TOWNSHIP
Multiple fire departments were dispatched for a brush fire in Armstrong Township yesterday. Indiana County 911 reported the brush fire at 2:08 PM on Lacey Lane east of Shelocta. Elderton Fire Department was first called to the scene at that time, but at 2:11 PM, Indiana, Creekside and Iselin Fire Departments were called in to assist, along with tankers from Elderton, Creekside and Coal Run-McIntyre fire departments. Plumville fire department was also called in at 2:36 PM. Marion Center firefighters were called in shortly after that for standby detail.

State Police in Kittanning are looking for a missing teen that was last seen in Braddock. 15-year-old Londen Paris Nicole Clark is black, 5’4’, 100 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes, a slight discoloration on her left cheek.
