FOX31’s Alliyah Sims spoke with a witness at the scene, who said she was selling things on the roadside when she saw the driver of a truck speeding down the road. He then crashed into a man spraying bug spray outside his house.

The witness said the driver was trying to run from the incident. Another man grabbed a big rock to throw into his window to try and stop him, she said.

Police said the investigation is ongoing.
