A 48-year-old man has died after his vehicle hit a fallen tree on Wire Road 1 in Cuba, left the roadway and struck a second tree, causing his the car to overturn. The Marengo County Sheriff’s Department has charged a Hale County man with murder following an incident in Gallion Sunday afternoon.
