Promising an 'elevated sports bar experience' Bounce Delray has opened in downtown Delray Beach.

Located in the once-again open and renovated space formerly known as Delray Beach Market, the restaurant had a soft opening in March and a grand opening on April 13.

Owned by BrandIt Hospitality Group, Bounce Delray features a diverse menu, over 20 televisions (one that's absolutely massive) as well as live music and DJs in the evenings.

BrandIt CMO and partner Cole Bernard said that they had been looking to open a Bounce location in South Florida for several years. (They have a restaurant in Montauk, N.Y. called Bounce Beach)

Bernard said they scouted potential spots from Brickell to Wynwood to even Bayside, when the Delray Beach opportunity just off Atlantic Avenue popped up.

He said Delray Beach is a great fit "it's more well rounded... from families to nightlife."

Continuing to sing the praises of their new venue and the city of Delray Beach, Cole said "people will travel to Delray Beach" and once they are there "they can hit several places if they want without having to get into a car or arrange a ride."

Menu at Bounce restaurant includes 'Hot Cheetos' encrusted wings, smash burgers and more

The Bounce menu features something for pretty much everyone whether you're a carnivore, herbivore, gluten-free or a combination.

Their sharables include items like tuna poke nachos, kale artichoke dip and blackened fish tacos along with their wildly popular bang bang shrimp and the fried mac & cheese bars.

They have several varieties of wings and tenders including the super-cool sounding 'Hot Cheetos encrusted.'

The menu also features pizzas and hand helds like the Bounce smash burger and the charred ahi tuna sando.

Bernard said that one section of the Bounce Delray menu that is very "South Florida-centric" is their green bowls. These items are "fitting for South Florida where people are more health conscious," he said.

Those bowls include the chopped bowl, made with watercress, pole beans, charred corn, cukes, berries, celery, dates, torn herbs, pepitas, ricotta salata and a ginger honey vinaigrette, and the harvest bowl, made with quinoa, sorghum, curried cauliflower, baby kale, pumpkin seeds and a basil poppyseed ranch dressing. Diners can also add proteins including chicken, tuna, shrimp, crisp tofu or steak, to any bowl.

Bounce Delray boast about the largest indoor LED wall in South Florida: The better to watch sports

At it's core, Bernard stresses that Bounce Delray is an elevated sports bar.

Of course there are plenty of televisions for watching sports. There are actually 20, but it's one in particular that really sets Bounce Delray apart. That's the 60-foot wide LED wall. Bernard said "we wanted that 'wow' factor." He said it's "the largest indoor LED wall in South Florida" adding that the image is larger than life and "beyond crystal clear."

Bernard said during NFL Sundays they will show all the 1 p.m. games.

In addition to the NFL, NBA and other sports, he said Bounce will show UFC fights and boxing matches and added that, this summer, if it actually happens, they will show the fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul.

Not forgetting the 'bar' in sports bar, Bounce features a diverse cocktail menu, wine selection, nearly 20 different beers and multiple varieties of hard seltzer.
