    Defiance common pleas

    Heather Martinez, 49, 827 S. Jefferson Ave., pleaded not guilty to menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 15 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    George Knight, 47, 625 Village Lane, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 16 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Kalub Luzar, 38, Toledo, pleaded not guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 20 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Justin Maldonado, 30, Paulding, pleaded not guilty to possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 13 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Karissa Mann, 32, 911 Sunday St., pleaded not guilty to possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 14 and she was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Cole Reynolds, 28, 1624 Woodhurst Drive, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 20 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Jeffery Rodesiler, 43, Hicksville, pleaded not guilty to tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 28 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Shane Seibold, 52, 2002 Baltimore St., pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 8 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Douglas Thomas, 32, 1687 Durango Drive, pleaded not guilty to failure to appear by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 6 and bond was set at $25,000 with a 10% allowance provision.

    Correy Williams Jr., 22, Stryker (CCNO), pleaded not guilty to failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 13 and bond was set at $50,000 with a 10% allowance provision.
