Decatur County suspect nabbed in Montgomery County
(Red Oak) -- A Decatur City man is in custody in Montgomery County. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says 48-year-old Timothy Lee Hutchison was arrested early Tuesday evening on an active Decatur County warrant for for probation violation. The arrest took place in the 1700 block of Highway 34 shortly before 7:30 p.m.
Montgomery County Deputies Arrest Man Wanted in Decatur County
(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Timothy Lee Hutchinson of Decatur County in the 1700 block of Highway 34. Deputies transported Hutchinson to the Montgomery County Jail on a Decatur County Warrant for violating his probation. He is held on no bond and is awaiting extradition to Decatur County.
DA files legal brief concerning Bainbridge monkey facility, residents still fighting back
BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WALB) - The Decatur County District Attorney has filed a legal brief concerning the legalities around the monkey facility.
