This week in La Crosse, Wisconsin, there were three incidents that raised concerns for public safety. A Rochester man was indicted by a grand jury for drug and gun charges after being arrested in La Crosse. Another man from La Crosse was accused of attempted homicide for allegedly firing a shot at two individuals. Additionally, officials warned the public about a scam account posing as the La Crosse Center's Facebook page, attempting to deceive users into providing personal information.

The Iowa 9 bridge, connecting Lansing to Wisconsin 82 in Crawford County, WI, will start a construction project on Monday, Dec. 4, 2023. The project will cause traffic delays due to the closure of the eastbound lane for bridge rail repairs. The construction is set to end on Friday, Dec. 15, depending on the weather.
