Minor Flooding In Jefferson County, Flood Warning In Effect Until Sunday
(JEFFERSON COUNTY) Jefferson and surrounding counties are under a Flood Warning from now until Sunday, however, it’s not expected to cause any major problems. Mark Fuchs with the National Weather Service in St. Louis says the rising levels of the Mississippi River could cause minor flooding in areas like Arnold and Herculaneum.
Police give update in search for missing 33-year-old woman
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. – Officials have released new information on a woman who was reported missing less than two weeks ago. Emily Strite, 33, was reported missing April 20. Detectives originally stated that she was last seen April 2 in Imperial, MO, but have now learned that she was last seen on foot the morning of April 12 in De Soto, MO, according to a release. It is also now believed that she left the area at her own will.

(FESTUS) Jahmeshia Patterson a freshman on the Festus girls track and field team is this week’s Regional Radio/Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week. At the recent JCAA Conference Track Meet, Patterson was named the conference MVP after scoring 36 points. She won the 100m dash, and her time was good enough to break a 30-plus-year-old conference record in the event.
